The Brief
The Center for Conscious Leadership wanted a website strongly represented their core values as an organization. A team committed to amplifying diverse voices, their leadership services challenge the status quo while delivering exceptional client experiences. It was important to the client that they use their website to connect with change-makers, thought leaders, and organizations driving social impact.
My Approach
I delivered a visual brand guide and logo design for the client before embarking on the full web design for The Center for Conscious Leadership. We developed key adjectives to describe the overall feel and functionality of the website - unexpected / luxury / trustworthy & hardworking / bold / creative, edgy / colorful / joyful. Aligning with the branding, tone, voice and content The Center for Conscious Leadership I created the functional page structure and all the visual elements of the website. The full web design included the creation of page structure and layout, hero images, typography, animations, buttons, and iconography for fully functional site with the user in mind.
